In this discussion, I continue on the theme of the positive 'side effects' of doing Pilates. In this article I'm looking at the way Pilates offers the opportunity for us to explore a greater range of movement patterns, helping us move in ways that differ from our daily habitual patterns of movement.
Is kindness simply a sign of weakness or softness? I don't believe it is, and the science shows how acts of kindness are beneficial not only to the receiver, but to the giver and the observers too.
