Katie offers small group,  courses, in Hook, enabling clients to support each other on their journey to better health and well-being

I work primarily with people in their 40/50's who are lacking in energy.
I'll guide them towards making small, achievable, long-term behaviour changes so they feel more productive and get more out of every day

What is NLC?

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching (NLC) is a collaborative approach, encouraging clients to take control of their own health, with expert guidance when appropriate.
I aim to help you to choose achievable goals and make small actionable changes to promote long term overall better health and well-being

About Katie

Passionate about helping you feel better and get more out of life

I qualified as a Physiotherapist in my 20's and switched to teaching Pilates in 2002. Since then I've developed a deeper curiosity about  wider health and well-being issues and have qualified with a level 4 Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching (NLC) and become a member of the UK Health Coaches Association (UKHCA). I love teaching groups and can't wait to see you in an NLC group soon.
The 10 week course will cover areas such as: nutrition, sleep, stress and movement and crucially plenty of guidance on behaviour change, to allow you to use your new found knowledge in a practical way that fits in with your current circumstances, preferences and motivation. Although offered in a group format - each client will create their own personalised plan, based on the topics discussed each week, with Katie's expert guidance and the support and encouragement of the group.

I was fortunate to work with Katie on nutrition and lifestyle at the beginning of lockdown which couldn’t have come at a better time. We were able to, via zoom, discuss areas of lifestyle and nutrition which I wanted to work on and then together set some simple steps to make improvements. Katie’s gentle, understanding manner was key to me having confidence to implement change. Crucially she was able to help me set manageable steps, explaining what I could do to make improvements rather than what I should stop or give up doing.
