I qualified as a Physiotherapist in my 20's and switched to teaching Pilates in 2002. Since then I've developed a deeper curiosity about wider health and well-being issues and have qualified with a level 4 Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching (NLC) and become a member of the UK Health Coaches Association (UKHCA). I love teaching groups and can't wait to see you in an NLC group soon.
The 10 week course will cover areas such as: nutrition, sleep, stress and movement and crucially plenty of guidance on behaviour change, to allow you to use your new found knowledge in a practical way that fits in with your current circumstances, preferences and motivation. Although offered in a group format - each client will create their own personalised plan, based on the topics discussed each week, with Katie's expert guidance and the support and encouragement of the group.
